Exult Magazine – Graphic Art Guidelines

SUMMARY

Exult Magazine is a website and publication for and about the entertainment of modern adults.  The quarterly issues bring together interests and talents of adults at large in an artistic and visually striking manner, pushing the limits of intellect and taboo through progressive dialog and photography.  It does away with social conventions of acceptable entertainment.  The online resource extends the experience to include a wider range of views and visuals.  From time to time, Exult Magazine will provide select artists with images from our photo shoots for submission and selection to appear in future publications or on our website.

GRAPHIC CONTRIBUTOR GUIDELINES

Exult Magazine will consider modifications to sample images provided by us for submission.  The images will range from public domain to Exult Magazine copyrighted material.  The purpose is for you to modify, enhance, and/or in any way alter the image as you consider it would best suit.  The requirement is that you use your own software, do not embed copyrighted material by others, and do not alter or cover in any way marks or images of Exult Magazine logo, name, or copyright labels.  There are no limits to artistic modification, other than the obvious that it should not infringe on copyrights by others, and not offend or grossly misrepresent others.  Have fun, and show us what you can do with images.

If we like your graphic art submission of the samples, you will be contacted with additional details and possible subset of images from one of our photo shoots; if we don’t, you’ll likely never hear from us.  Submitted work will not be returned.  The editorial team reserves the right to reject sample or subset photo shoot submissions for any reason.  Compensation will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Indicate your interest in participating by sending an eMail to articles [AT] exultmag.com, or use the form on our website (in the “contacts” section).  Indicate on your eMail this is for Graphic Art consideration.  If accepted to use photo shoot images, you will be required to sign a Nondisclosure Agreement with us as you may be provided with previously unreleased material.  We accept typical formats for consideration (psd, pspimage, png, tiff, jpg, pdf), but final submissions must be in high res TIFF.  If this is the first time submitting to us, send us your contact information including name, address, and phone number, and relevant samples or links to your work as necessary for our consideration.
